Kilns need a lot of energy. Unfortunately. Apart from the perfect product quality, one of our main objectives is to keep the energy demand as low as possible. In this regard, we are not only interested in the construction of new systems. The optimization of existing kiln systems is in fact our hobby-horse, which we have been pursuing for decades now.
Our portfolio includes, among other things, circulation systems in heating and cooling zones up to 850 °C, a special undercar pressure control for sealing purposes at the tunnel kiln, the use of hot combustion air up to 400 °C and a cooling zone bypass system in the gentle cooling zone of the tunnel kiln. In addition, we provide concepts for extremely lightweight insulating and supporting structures for kiln cars.
